Under the leadership of Ralf Ertle, the focus was clearly on exchanging ideas about new products, innovative processes and the further development of our international standards. The aim is to maintain our high quality at a consistent level worldwide – and at the same time to learn from each other.
One of the highlights of the day was the UV process, which is becoming increasingly important. We also held a Kwasny quiz with four teams of three from Sweden, the USA, France and Germany.
The winning team consisted of Eliahana LaMadrid (USA), Heiko Gollschewski (Canada) and Gregory Lecomte (France) – congratulations!
The day once again demonstrated the value of international cooperation. The direct exchange of experiences from different countries helps us to advance both professionally and personally – and strengthens our commitment to offering our customers the best solutions worldwide.
