Instructions step by step

Step 1

Before

Headlights clouded and yellowed.

Step 2

Clean

Clean with SprayMax 1K Solvent wash 36800090

to the product

Step 3

Sanding

Begin dry sanding with P180 grit abrasive. Sand with progressively finer grades through P320, P500, and P800. Apply then dry 3680094 Wax & Grease Remover between grades to eliminate dust.

Step 4

Intermediate cleaning

Clean and dry between each stage of sanding with SprayMax 3680094 1K Wax & Grease Remover. Finish by wet sanding with P1000 and P2000.

Step 5

Final cleaning

Final cleaning with dust cloth.

Step 6

Activate 2K 2in1 Headlight clear

Acitvate 2K.

Step 7

Apply 2k clear coat

After complete drying, apply 2in1 SprayMax 2K Headlight Clearcoat.

Step 8

Drying

Drying above 20°C / 68°F overnight or accelerate with an IR lamp.

Step 9

After

Headlight lens clear again.
